Email Hosting
We know that most churches like having their own email addresses using their domain name. For example, thetownchurch.org.uk for the website address can also have email addresses like office@thetownchurch.org.uk, minister@thetownchurch.org.uk or john@thetownchurch.org.uk.
It is possible to sign up for an enterprise level Google, or Microsoft system that is offered free to Charities that pass the eligibility criteria, but the church is left to apply, setup and manage everything themselves. This is a great choice if you have the resources. If not, and you would like more personal support, we have the following services available.
Mailboxes 8 or 25GB:
If you want an actual mailbox that you can send and receive email on, like john.smith@yourdomain.org.uk, and have the account accessible anywhere, even on your phone or tablet then we can setup as many mailboxes as you want.
You will also get an easy to use interface to manage your mailboxes and add, edit and remove any you have.
We have several options depending on how much storage you need and the features wanted.

Email Forwarding:
As an example, let’s say you have registered a domain name like ‘thetownchurch.org.uk’. We can setup up to 5 email addresses so when anyone sends an email to one of those email addresses (like hello@thetownchurch.org.uk), you can get them redirected to your personal email. Any replies you send back to people will come from your personal email address.
This is the cheapest and most basic way of getting a nice incoming email address. We give up to 5 email forwarding addresses and an easy to use place to manage them.

£3 per month for up to 5 forwards.
Additional sets of up to 5 forwards cost an extra £3/month.
